Mr. Frank Naumann advises on matters of information technology, supply chain management (contract law in particular), licensing as well as protection of industrial property rights. His practice ranges from negotiating and executing agreements in the areas mentioned; to the protection, licensing and exploitation of intellectual property; to accompanying trademark portfolios and representing his clients in trademark and anti-trust disputes; and beyond to tending to corporate and commercial issues.
Mr. Naumann studied law at the Johannes Gutenberg University of Mainz, Germany. From 1998 until 2010 he practiced at a medium sized commercial law firm, from 2003 onwards being a partner, before he founded Kanzlei | Naumann in Wiesbaden in 2010. Mr. Naumann holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Business Law and is a certified expert for IT-law (Fachanwalt für Informationstechnologierecht). He is also vice-president of the “Einigungsstelle in Wettbewerbssachen”, an arbitration committee for competition law disputes, as well as member of the committee of legal affairs of Wiesbaden’s Chamber of Industry and Commerce.
In his free time Mr. Naumann is interested in computer science, motor sports and art.
