Fabian Bauer advises on matters of media, copyright, information technology and privacy law. His practice ranges from tending to issues regarding news coverage; to negotiating and executing licensing contracts; to liablity issues; to protecting know how in particular with regard to new media and digital transformation; to marketing issues; and beyond to representing his clients in trademark and anti-trust disputes.
Mr. Bauer studied law at the Universities of Passau/Germany and Santiago de Compostela/Spain. He postgraduated in Wiesbaden, Brussels, Mainz and Alicante, for example at the legal department of the Schott AG, at the permanent representation of a German federal state to the EU as well as at a law firm specializing in European trade mark law.
Mr. Bauer is a member of the German-Spanish Lawyers‘ Association.
In his free time Mr. Bauer is a passionate tennis player and skier.
